Too much spam
Anonymous comments are now off again. Too many spam messages get through when they don’t have to sign up for an account.

Fair enough. I didn’t realize that spamming was much of a problem, but I guess blogger.com would be much more of a high-profile target than the commenting system that I use on my weblog.
